Project methodology

While adhering to generally accepted project management principles for IT projects, we are developing our custom approach which is based on tight cooperation with target users and customer. Our aim is to be able to quickly react on ever changing business environment of the client without bringing additional costs into the project. We operate on hourly basis and the tolerances are set up front at the project initiation.
